Distributed Exchange is a web based agent or facilitator in Computing Capacity market  We act as an intermediary between Computing Capacity producers (ISPs,Hosting Firms, etc) and Computing Capacity consumers. Distributed Exchange's role and scope of responsibilities in Computing Capacity sale is similar to a real estate agent's role in home sales.

Unlike marketers, Distributed Exchange never actually owns the commodity computing capacity traded between the parties, or the means of producing or consuming that commodity.
